Daily Fresh is a daily health food concept!

Daily Fresh Gourmet Food & Coffee bars are located in 7 places in Zagreb: at the corner of Petrićeva and Ilica Streets below the newly reconstructed Zagreb Skyscraper, on Masarykova Street, on Kvaternik Square, in Importanne underpass, on Vukovarska Street, Teslina Street and in the Avenue Mall and Kaptol Centar II shopping centers. The stores on the corner of Ilica and Petrićeva and on Masarykova Street were opened in former locations of Zagreb's cultic spots (known as Majmunjak and Zvečka), and this project restores the former glory of this popular city spots by providing a concept present in every major European center, a concept Zagreb as a pro-European city deserves.

DAILY FRESH is based on a concept of fresh and healthy food - daily (fresh) prepared food made of carefully selected and verified ingredients, mainly of domestic and organic origin. Based on the to-go concept, the DF restaurants will offer freshly prepared breakfasts with various ingredients, hot and cold soups, sushi bites, lasagne, various tortillas, whole-grain pasta, baguettes, fruit and vegetable salads, various yogurts with cereals and additions, sweet bites and pastries with a wide range of light cakes, freshly squeezed juices, shakes and various coffees of different flavors on a daily basis... The option of ordering the truly rich and diverse range will be available in a while. As we already mentioned, the whole story is focused on health food because we use top-quality ingredients and the prices will be truly affordable to everyone!

All food is prepared in the central kitchen and delivered from there freshly prepared to all stores all day, every day.

In short, over 100 different fresh products will be offered on a daily basis!

The stores are almost equally decorated - they all contain common and distinctive elements making a sort of a trademark of the whole story. The opening hours of the Daily Fresh Gourmet Bars are every day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., except for the stores in Importanne underpass and on Masarykova Street, which will open earlier and close later.

Daily Fresh employs around a hundred people in the outlets, kitchen and administration. It is important to mention that jobs were offered to both former employees of Zagrebačko Slastičarsko Društvo, the company that previously held the premises, and to highly educated young people. Employee trainings usually take a month, which confirms the serious approach to the overall project by Daily Fresh Group. This is also confirmed by the fact that one of the leading people spent a number of years training staff for numerous global chains applying similar concepts. It is therefore safe to say that Daily Fresh and the to-go concept are a domestic Croatian product that can compete with the best global franchises of the kind!

Upon the opening of the restaurants, Daily Fresh was presented to Croatian entrepreneurs in other Croatian cities - this will give them a chance to purchase a DF franchise and thus become part of this new dynamic chain if they meet the standards.
